Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 48 hours in advance if possible. Your stylist would greatly appreciate it. This will also give a chance for people on the waiting list to book an appointment. If you made a deposit, your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel after 48 hours. Please email Jennavuedesign@gmail.com or text (415) 548-0524 for questions. If you made your appointment the day of and can't make it, please reschedule with Jenna by texting (415) 548-0524. Making an appointment, you are agreeing to our salon safety: Our COVID safety regulations expect every client to wear a mask for all services. This helps our clients and salon employees feel safe and comfortable. Jenna is not responsible for previous hair color or hair cut you came in with and she is not responsible for how your hair reacts to chemical services provided. Please make sure you disclose all information about your hair history to prevent any miss understanding. Jenna has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Do-overs or Redos Policy: You have within one week or 7 days to get your hair fixed or toned down if there is something that you would like to change.
